Full draught bar service with spirits, wine and 3 cocktails of your choice with cash and card payment capacity .

We offer a range for you to choose from for cider, lager and ale – including local options, as well as a full spirit range and lots of great Devon products.

We bring the full set up – bar, fridges, glasses, staff and stock – and starlink for payment capacity! All we need is access to 4 standard plugs and water.

We apply for the temporary events notice in order to legally serve the drinks. This cost is included in the underwriting fee is £250 which will be refunded to you if takings are in excess of £1500.00. There is also a delivery charge for the equipment with the cost depending on location – this delivery charge can also cover furniture, crockery etc if hiring from our friends at Minstery of Marquees.

As standard we open the bar from the beginning of your reception until 11.45pm. You may supply guests with drinks on arrival and approximately 1⁄2 a bottle of wine per guest during the meal, and a toast drink for speeches. No free alcohol can be available in the evening whilst the bar is open.
